Ordering Information

Placing an Order Online

Ordering is quick, easy and secure. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of our merchandise department links to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., shirts, slacks, underwear, etc.).

Use our convenient dropdown menus to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our merchandise departments. You may view the contents of your Shopping Cart anytime, by selecting the View Shopping Cart link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you've selected, whether each item's in stock, as well as your current total.

After viewing your Shopping Cart, you may continue shopping by using the "continue shopping" button or you may proceed to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart by using the checkout button. To check out, if you haven't yet registered with us, you must first do so by providing your first and last name, your billing and shipping addresses, your email address (which we use to send information to you regarding your order), and a personally created password. If you've already registered, My Account profile information will be displayed and you'll have the option of modifying your billing and/or shipping addresses.

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: The FULLBEAUTY Brands' Credit Cards or Visa® cards including OneStopPlus.com® Visa® card, Woman Within®, fullbeauty®, Jessica London®, KingSize®, BrylaneHome®, and Roaman's®. We also accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover/Novus®, and the American Express® card. Please note that we don’t accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don’t ship orders C.O.D.

At the end of your checkout process, our system provides you with an online message notifying you that your order's being processed. You may print this message for your records. Subsequently, you'll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in My Account profile.

Express Checkout

Ordering online has never been easier! Use our Express Checkout option when you're ready to finish your order and check out in a flash.

If you have any of the FULLBEAUTY Brands' Credit Cards including Woman Within®, Jessica London®, KingSize®, Roaman's®, BrylaneHome®, fullbeauty®, OneStopPlus.com® Visa® Card, you can use this quick and easy way to complete your order.

From your shopping bag, simply click on the "Express Checkout" option. The number of pages you have to go through to place an order is significantly reduced.

We'll use the Billing Information, Shipping Information and Shipping method which you have registered with us.

The only page you will see when checking out using Express Checkout will be the Order Review & payment page which displays the items you wish to purchase.

Need to make a change? No problem, simply update any details you wish to change by selecting "Your Account" located on the top of any of our pages.

Placing an Order by Phone, Fax or Mail

By Phone: call us toll-free at (888) 289-2201-- 5am-11pm MST.

By Fax: you can fax your order to us toll-free at (800) 682-8109. To expedite your call, please be sure to write down the blue and yellow box numbers from your order form on the back page of your catalog, your item number, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.

By Mail: if you wish to pay by check or money order, you must mail your order to us. Mail order forms are provided inside most BCO® catalogs. Order a Catalog. Please mail your order and payment to:

Placing an Order with a Check or Money Order

Please note that we don't accept cash, personal checks or money orders for online purchases. We also don't ship orders C.O.D. To place an order with your personal check or money order, please mail your payment along with your order to:

Placing an Order with a Merchandise Credit

If you'd like to place an order using a Merchandise Credit, simply enter the number of your Merchandise Credit in the Gift certificate/merchandise credit box at checkout. If the amount on the Merchandise credit doesn't cover your purchase(s), you'll be asked to provide an additional method of payment.

Searching & Browsing

The Product Search box enables you to lookup an item using a word description. Ex: Blue Shirt. You will then be shown the selections for that item as well as other colors and styles available. You can also browse through the site by clicking on the categories in the left navigation.

Purchasing BCO® E-Gift Cards

BCO® E-Gift Cards can be purchased online and can be used for all BCO purchases. Available in increments from $10 to $200, BCO® E-Gift cards make the perfect gift that always fit! To purchase now, please go to the page.

Following standard processing time, E-Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address chosen and the purchaser will receive an email confirming the E-Gift Card has been sent. Following standard processing time, E-Gift Cards are sent 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

E-Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

E-Gift Cards

For E-Gift Cards, the email will contain both the card number and the PIN number. You will be required to provide the card number and the PIN number with each use. Purchase amount will be deducted from the card balance until the value is fully used. E-Gift Cards may only be used to purchase merchandise from BCO®. E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards. Please safeguard your card and keep your original receipt. Except in certain circumstances or as required by law, the value of the E-Gift Card, including any remaining balance, cannot be redeemed for cash or check, cannot be applied as payment to any account, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Redeeming E-Gift Cards Online

E-Gift Cards: To redeem E-Gift Cards online, simply enter the card number and PIN number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card or other acceptable payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.

Please note: E-Gift Cards cannot be applied to orders shipping to multiple locations.

Coupons and Discounts

Coupons and discounts are not applicable towards the purchase of E-Gift Cards. If your order contains both gift cards and merchandise, applicable coupons and discounts will only apply to your merchandise total, minus any gift cards.

Are E-Gift Cards Transferable?

Yes. You may give your E-Gift Card to someone else.

Lost or Stolen E-Gift Cards

Except in certain circumstances and you have proof of purchase and the card number, BCO® is not responsible for lost or stolen E-Gift cards. Keep your original receipt and safeguard your card.

Are E-Gift Cards Taxed?

Taxes will not be applied to the face value of your gift card purchase.

Can I Reload my E-Gift Card?

We cannot reload gift cards at this time, but you can always purchase a new card.

Do E-Gift Cards have an Expiration Date?

No. E-Gift cards do not have an expiration date, we do retain gift card information for period of 90 days from date of purchase.

What Happens if I'm Returning Merchandise Purchased with an E-Gift Card?

If you return merchandise purchased with an E-Gift Card, you will be issued a return merchandise credit certificate for the value of your credit.

Should I Dispose of my E-Gift Card once I've Spent Its Entire Value?

Yes. Once you have exhausted the balance of your E-Gift card, you may dispose of the card. It is not reloadable.

Sending a Gift

For your convenience, we can include a gift invoice (which doesn't reveal the cost of the gift item) and/or personalized message and ship the gift directly to the recipient of your gift. You can take advantage of any of our gift services during the checkout process. (Gift invoices and gift messaging are complimentary services.)

The Price in My Shopping Bag Isn't the Lower Price

Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item's offered at the reduced price, you can complete the checkout process and then Contact Us -- we'll be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.

We don't ship international orders, we only ship to US possessions APO and FPO's.
