Ordering is quick, easy and secure. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of our merchandise department links to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., shirts, slacks, underwear, etc.).
Use our convenient dropdown menus to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our merchandise departments. You may view the contents of your Shopping Cart anytime, by selecting the View Shopping Cart link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you've selected, whether each item's in stock, as well as your current total.
After viewing your Shopping Cart, you may continue shopping by using the "continue shopping" button or you may proceed to purchase the items in your Shopping Cart by using the checkout button. To check out, if you haven't yet registered with us, you must first do so by providing your first and last name, your billing and shipping addresses, your email address (which we use to send information to you regarding your order), and a personally created password. If you've already registered, My Account profile information will be displayed and you'll have the option of modifying your billing and/or shipping addresses.
We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: The Redcats USA Family of Brands Credit Cards and Visa® Cards - including Chadwick’s®, Chadwick’s® Visa® Card, metrostyle™, Woman Within®, BrylaneHome®, BrylaneHome® Visa® Card, Jessica London®, Roaman’s®, La Redoute®, OneStopPlus.com™, and OneStopPlus.com™, Visa® card, KingSize® and KingSize® Visa® Card. We also accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, and the American Express® Card. Please note that we don’t accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don’t ship orders C.O.D.
At the end of your checkout process, our system provides you with an online message notifying you that your order's being processed. You may print this message for your records. Subsequently, you'll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in My Account profile.

If you'd like to place an order using a Merchandise Credit, simply enter the number of your Merchandise Credit in the Gift certificate/merchandise credit box at checkout. If the amount on the Merchandise credit doesn't cover your purchase(s), you'll be asked to provide an additional method of payment.

The Product Search box enables you to lookup an item using a word description. Ex: Blue Shirt. You will then be shown the selections for that item as well as other colors and styles available. You can also browse through the site by clicking on the categories in the left navigation.

BCO™ Gift Certificates can be used for online or catalog purchases. They're available in $5 increments ($5 minimum). Please go to the Gift Certificate page and complete the simple form to order either a Paper or E-Gift Certificate. Paper Gift Certificates are shipped via First Class Mail only and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An E-Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient within 1 business day, if purchased before 3PM EST, and within 2 business days if purchased after 3PM EST. The purchaser's credit card will be charged the amount of the E-Gift Certificate at checkout.

- Paper and E-Gift Certificates are for one-time use only and can't be redeemed for cash or used as payment on a BCO™ credit card account.
- Notification will be sent via email to the E-Gift Certificate purchaser Approximately 24-48 hrs after the e-Gift Certificate purchase.
- To redeem your Paper or E-Gift Certificate, you must enter the certificate code in the Gift certificate/merchandise credit box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the certificate amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance. If the order amount is less than the amount of the certificate, the customer will be issued a check for the remaining balance.
- Paper and E-Gift Certificates expire two years from the purchase date.
- We're sorry, but we can't ship merchandise internationally at this time.

For your convenience, we can include a gift invoice (which doesn't reveal the cost of the gift item) and/or personalized message and ship the gift directly to the recipient of your gift. You can take advantage of any of our gift services during the checkout process. (Gift invoices and gift messaging are complimentary services.)

Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item's offered at the reduced price, you can complete the checkout process and then Contact Us -- we'll be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.
We don't ship international orders, we only ship to US possessions APO and FPO's.
